You will report to a CADD Professional or Bridge Engineer.\nYou Will Focus On:\nDrafting and Detailing: Creating detailed drawings and plans using CADD software (such as Civil 3D or MicroStation) based on specifications provided by engineers and designers.\nBridge Design Support: Assisting engineers in developing structural designs for bridges, culverts, water facilities and other infrastructure projects.\nCollaboration: Work with engineers, planners, and other team members to understand project requirements, resolve design issues and maintain documentation related to changes.\nYou Have:\nEducation and Experience: An associates degree in technical drafting, or a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of drafting or detailing within a civil engineering environment.\nProficiency in CADD Software: Experience in Civil 3D or MicroStation.\nKnowledge of Civil and Structural Design: Understanding of civil engineering principles, with an emphasis on those related to bridge and structural design.\nCompensation Information: Hourly rate for this position is $30-$40 depending on qualifications.\nCompensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
