Job Title - Administrative Assistant IJob Location - Greenville, South Carolina, United States of America, 29615Duration: 12+MonthsWorking Hours: hybrid; 8am - 5pm, Monday Friday (Part-Time Standard Hours Per Week 24.00)Payrate: $19.92/hr on W2.Job Description - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Administrator in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will provide critical day-to-day administrative and operational support, helping manage foundational responsibilities and coordination activities that enable efficient executive operations.The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Executive Administrator to support leadership priorities, site initiatives, employee engagement activities, scheduling coordination, meeting logistics, communications, and special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative support to the Executive AdministratorAssist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, visas, and expense reportingCoordinate conference rooms, catering, visitor support, and meeting preparationsSupport employee engagement activities, site events, leadership meetings, and special projectsTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completionMaintain organized records, documents, and administrative processesPartner across departments to support smooth execution of business and site prioritiesHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionMaintain and manage floor plans on employee assignments to cubiclesUtilize a Workflow to request purchase ordersPlace work orders for maintenance concernsMaintaining and coordinating communications are projected on all monitorResponsibilities may evolve based on business needs and direction provided by the Executive AdministratorQualificationsPrevious administrative support experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WordAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughSelf-motivated with a collaborative and team-focused mindsetPreferred AttributesProactive problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong professionalism and executive presenceComfortable supporting large-scale coordination efforts and operational activitiesPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and growQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent- some college preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.This position is structured as a part-time contract role with the potential for future full-time opportunities based on business needs and performance.
