You'll use the Danfoss Business System (DBS) to remove waste, reduce costs, and enhance lead times.\nOwn the Flow: Take full ownership of plant logistics, from receiving and warehousing to material movement and packaging strategy, ensuring a seamless flow of products to our customers.\nManage with Data: Conduct inventory audits and use data to monitor performance, manage inventory levels, and make informed decisions.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.\nAt least 1 year of experience leading and developing a team.\nA genuine passion for creating a safe and efficient workplace.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nA Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nExperience with lean manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain management.\nA proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nReady to Join Us?\n\nIf you are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, we want to hear from you.
