Bartender

Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate the POS system to process payments and manage tabs - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption - Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers Skills: - Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology - Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and tab management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food service procedures and ability to handle food safely - Experience in banquet or restaurant settings preferred - Previous bartending experience is required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
