The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring that our brand message is consistent across all channels. This role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to success.Duties Or ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaignsCoordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesCreate and maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and timelinesDevelop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and print materialsMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics toolsCollaborate with the editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brandingManage and update the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platformsCoordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional itemsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesAssist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinarsMaintain the marketing database, including contact lists and distribution listsSupport the marketing team with administrative tasks and other duties as neededMust be willing to travel 10-25% of year to conferences and other company related activitiesExperience And Qualifications2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related roleStrong understanding of marketing principles and practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the energy, manufacturing, or environmental industriesKnowledge of SEO and SEM best practicesGraphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferredAP style writing Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics).Experience with social media platforms and content management systemsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
