OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR, 72450. As a Toolmaker, you will play a crucial role in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of precision tools and dies that are essential for our manufacturing processes. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign and fabricate precision tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve tool designs and manufacturing processes.Utilize various machining techniques including milling, turning, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM).Conduct quality inspections to ensure tools meet required standards and tolerances.Document tool specifications, maintenance records, and any modifications made.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Toolmaking or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Toolmaker or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools, including CNC operations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.You Should Be Proficient InMetal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
