Join us and help shape the future of vehicle repair.About The RolePurpose: Serve as both a business consultant and executor — identifying areas of improvement across our operations and executing on the fixes.Impact: Drive efficiency across every operations team at ServiceUp.How it fits into the team and company: The Operations org is made up of four departments — Platform Success, Expansion, Marketplace Growth, and Risk Operations. This role sits as a high-level connector across all four, building the systems and processes that allow each department to operate at its highest level.What You'll DoThis role handles everything from building internal processes and systems, to implementing AI across our workstreams, to defining strategy for partner shop acquisition, to supporting the broader Operations team wherever it needs leverage. The initial priority will be executing within the Marketplace Growth team, whose mandate is to grow ServiceUp's independent partner shop base.Day-to-day Responsibilities Will IncludeBuilding and documenting internal processes, systems, and SOPsImplementing AI tools to improve how the Operations org worksDefining and executing strategy for partner shop acquisitionReading and analyzing data to inform decisions across the teamSupporting the broader Operations team — Platform Success, Expansion, and Risk Operations — as needs ariseBackgroundWhat You'll Bring:Recent graduate or upcoming graduate (May or June 2026), not enrolled in classes during the internshipBachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in a business-relevant major: Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or similarTrack RecordA history of staying busy — The specific activities matter less than the pattern of consistently doing a lot and shipping results.
