Territory Manager

TERRITORY MANAGERWe are hiring a Territory Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives and deliver territory sales objectives on volume, revenue and incentive performance. This person will be expected to actively coach, develop, and hold your team accountable to clear standards of execution. You will need to build capability in areas such as preparation, account coverage, planning and organization.What You’ll Do Deliver territory sales performance and be accountable to all sales objectivesLead and develop a team of Sales RepresentativesEnsure consistent execution of:Account coverageSelling prioritiesProgram executionReporting disciplineRide with reps in-market to coach and improve performanceBuild and manage key account relationshipsUse data and reporting to drive decisions and accountabilityWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in wine & spirits sales (management experience preferred)A strong coach who can lead and hold a team accountableFamiliarity with selling to both on & off premise channels of the businessSomeone who is organized, detail oriented and disciplinedA high-accountability and ownership mindsetA person with strong communication skills and leadership tendenciesSomeone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAdditional DetailsTerritory-based role with some regional travel requiredBachelor’s degree is preferredValid driver’s licenseCompetitive compensation and benefits
