Join Keysight’s manufacturing team in Holmdel, New Jersey, as an Assembler working on electromechanical builds that bring together printed circuit board assemblies, cable and wire harnesses, mechanical enclosures, power supplies, and related subassemblies.\n\nIn this onsite, first-shift role, you’ll use your hands-on assembly experience, attention to quality, and practical judgment to work through build challenges with your team. Depending on production needs, assignments may include materials handling, manufacturing process and production support, routine testing and rework, quality inspection, and training other Manufacturing Operations Support employees.\n\nBuild and support product assemblies involving printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), wire harnesses and cable assemblies, mechanical enclosures and chassis, power supplies, and related subassemblies.\nUse bills of materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, schematics, manufacturing routings, and work instructions to plan and complete assigned work.\nHandle and coordinate components and materials for production, supporting inventory accuracy and related activities as assigned.\nPerform or support routine testing, rework, and inspection of assemblies; identify and document quality issues in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.\nEnter production or inventory data into, and retrieve information from, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as needed.\nDetermine approaches to assignments, exercise judgment in planning work, and solve manufacturing problems of varying scope and complexity.\nShare knowledge and provide training to other Manufacturing Operations Support employees as needed.\nQualifications:\nHigher education, specialized training, or certification may be helpful; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.\nTypically, three years of relevant assembly experience, including at least one year of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with one to two years of strong, directly relevant experience will also be considered.\nExperience with complex product builds involving printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), wire harnesses and cable assemblies, mechanical enclosures and chassis, power supplies, and related subassemblies.\nAbility to interpret and work from technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, schematics, manufacturing routings, and work instructions.\nDemonstrated willingness to learn, work with others, and adapt to priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nQuality and compliance experience, including knowledge of and adherence to industry and company quality standards: IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), IPC-A-620 (Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies), and ISO quality management processes and procedures.\nExperience with Oracle ERP and inventory management, including Work in Process (WIP) discrete job processing, component issuing through push and backflush transactions, assembly completions, WIP job closures, and inventory transactions.\n\nCareers Privacy Statement\n\nKeysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer\n\nKeysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
