Training is expected to be hands-on, and scenario based.\n\nThe Trainer supports client onboarding, post-go-live reinforcement, continuing education, and issue-driven\ntraining by translating complex systems, card-processing workflows, Visa DPS functionality, and operational\nprocedures into clear, executable learning experiences. The role partners closely with Client Services,\nImplementations, Fraud Services, and Product teams to ensure training reflects operational realities, client\nfeedback, support trends, and measurable client outcomes.\n\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTraining Delivery & Facilitation\nDeliver live client and internal training sessions for onboarding, continuing education, operational\nreinforcement, and targeted issue resolution.\nUse real-world scenarios, guided practice, and workflow-based exercises to build independent learner\nexecution.\nProvide real-time coaching and reinforcement during training to confirm learner understanding and\ntraining effectiveness.\nFacilitate MAP employee new-hire onboarding as needed, with focus on products, systems, client\nsupport workflows, and operational execution.\nPresent training content using clear storytelling techniques that connect systems, client use cases,\noperational impacts, and expected outcomes.\n\nClient Onboarding & Operational Readiness\nLead onboarding training for new credit union clients across card processing, fraud tools, reporting,\ndisputes, and operational workflows.\nCustomize training delivery based on client configuration, operational model, baseline system\nknowledge, and go-live requirements.\nPrepare agendas, exercises, validation checkpoints, and scenarios aligned to real client use cases.\nPrepare clients to independently execute critical workflows including disputes, VROL, fraud monitoring,\nreporting, card servicing, and other MAP-supported Visa DPS functions.\nSupport go-live preparedness, early-life stabilization, and long-term adoption by reinforcing key\noperational processes and best practices.\n\nTraining Effectiveness, Adoption & Continuous Improvement\nEvaluate learner preparedness and identify opportunities for additional coaching, reinforcement,\ndocumentation, or follow-up training.\nAnalyze client feedback, support ticket trends, escalations, and post-go-live performance indicators to\nidentify training gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.2\nPromote high levels of client satisfaction, confidence, and self-sufficiency by delivering training that is\naccurate, actionable, relevant, and aligned with real-world operational requirements.\nContribute to the continuous evolution of MAP onboarding methodology by incorporating
