It is our mission to serve the residents of Staten Island through the provision of high quality, affordable and accessible health services.Join the Clove Lakes Family, and help us achieve our mission!We are located at 25 Fanning St, Staten Island, NY 10314.Pay Range: $30-$43 Per Hour (Based on Experience)Key Responsibilities:Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical TherapistAssist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility trainingDocument patient progress and communicate with the therapy teamEnsure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessionsCollaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goalsQualifications:Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist AssistantGraduate of an accredited PTA programStrong communication and teamwork skills
