For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nOrganize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussions\nEngage with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams to drive Diags projects with Ops\nIdentify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business owners\nOwn the requirements & development of business use cases\nSet expectations with partners, steering committee, and team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scope\nInteract and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels as part of keeping the project on track\nProvide regular communications to leadership team and Ops stakeholders to set and manage expectations\nWhat we need to see:\n\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience\n8+ years of relevant experience\nAbility to work on multiple projects effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment\nStrong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills\nFamiliarity with Python and Server Hardware\nPrior experience in Product Engineering and Test Engineering\nMandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .\n\nExperience: 5-8 Years .\n\nThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .\n\nFinal compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
