Business Analyst I

Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Dallas, TXWork Model: 100% On-Site. Flexible to hybrid after 6 months.Pay Range: $65K-$75KBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)We are looking to bring on a Business Analyst I with 1-4 years of experience. What we need is someone to be the liaison between the business stakeholders and our technology teams running Agile delivery. This person needs to have experience in running full SDLC projects bridging the gap between technical and functional. Our Business Analyst will need to have experience taking/translating BRDS, define roadmaps/KPIs, and help drive software project deliverables. They will be using Jira for project management and will be hands-on in project coordinate/support of release planning, testing, and workflows. They will also be apart of backlog management and working with Product Owners in executing our Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Our BA will also have the opportunity to be the backup Scrum Master.Personality-wise we need someone who is eager to grow and be a continually learner through critical-thinking. Strong communication and having the ability to interact/achieve goals while working with a variety of personalities will be a must.Top Skills:1-4 years of BA experience in software deliveryAgile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Strong stakeholder communication (BRDs, risk analysis, KPIs, deliverables)Pluses:Industry/Highly-regulated experienceScrum or BA certs
