Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for learning the intricacies of the horticulture industry and the logistical aspects of running a specialized business in Massachusetts. The Fleet Operations Runner will play a crucial role in supporting our fleet of over 60 vehicles. Responsibilities: Facilitate scheduling vehicle services, inspections, drop offs, and pick ups. Conduct monthly vehicle inspections for cleanliness, damage, and mechanical issues. Pick ups and drop offs of recall and warranty issues. Provide support to all levels of Parterre staff as needed. Requirements: Love for the outdoors Ability to consistently lift 40+ lbs and work for at least 8 hours a day. Professionalism, effective communication skills, and a passion for learning are essential. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High level of organizational and interpersonal skills. Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience operating landscape-related vehicles is a plus, and licensure is even better.
