Traveling Project Manager

Ability to craft a complete Construction Proposal, from construction documents, for presentation to project ownership.Experience drafting Requests for Information, Submittal Packages, Meeting Agendas, etc. and maintaining logs for same.Procure, compile and qualify bids from subcontractors and prepare Bid-Tabs for owner approval.Familiarity with construction software.
