This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead end-to-end HR M&A planning from due diligence through integration Continuously improve HR M&A standard work and align with best practices Perform critical data-driven analyses to inform acquisition strategies Collaborate with Total Rewards to assess compensation risks in deals Document HR-related risks and synergies for financial models Work with Labor & Employment on employment risk mitigation strategies Support deal execution through legal review of HR-related documentsQualifications 3-5 years' experience in HR mergers and acquisitions, specifically due diligence and integration planning Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, HR or related field Experience leading HR analyses like compensation modeling and headcount planning Collaborated with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Communications on HR workstreams Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with attention to detail Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for senior stakeholdersBenefits Remote work opportunity within the US 15-30% expected travel for in-person engagements Comprehensive benefits including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) plan for eligible employeesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
