This position is based at NSWC Crane, which offers comprehensive support for complex military systems in the areas of Electronic Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Expeditionary Warfare. The successful candidate will work closely with teams in signal processing, software development, and system analysis, contributing to the creation and testing of advanced solutions to the Warfighter. This role requires in-person support.\nDuties:\nDevelop signal processing algorithms and waveforms for communications, networking, and electronic warfare systems.\nDesign, model, implement, and test algorithm concepts through software.\nPerform analysis of radio frequency communication protocols.\nDevelop, test, and deliver radio frequency signal solutions for Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.\nUse spectrum analyzers to evaluate complex waveforms.\nConduct analysis of Navy EW systems and perform diagnostics to resolve system issues.\nPerform unit/system testing for Navy EW systems\nCoordinate system updates and perform configuration management in collaboration with the OEM.\nMaintain and update system documentation to support configuration management processes.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with major in microwave and radio frequency (RF) theory.\nRequired Experience:\n7 years related professional experience in microwave and radio frequency (RF) design.\nComputer design, software development, or computer networks.\nMATLAB theory and application.\nRF device applications and signal processing/protocol testing.\nStrong software coding experience.\nRF test equipment and theory.\nProgramming software defined radios.\nProficiency in system diagnostics and troubleshooting.\nEligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
