This role sits at the intersection of instructional strategy, technology, and business partnership – translating complex organizational capability gaps into high-impact learning solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nProgram Design & End-to-End Delivery\nOwn the full program lifecycle for large-scale learning initiatives – from needs discovery through evaluation and iteration\nDesign comprehensive learning programs, curricula, and blended learning experiences that address complex, multi-level organizational performance needs\nLead cross-functional working groups and coordinate deliverables across SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders\nEstablish clear success metrics for each initiative and report on learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact\nLearning Technology Ecosystem Management\nServe as the organizational owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platform (LXP)\nManage vendor relationships and contracts: lead renewal negotiations, escalate issues, and hold vendors accountable to SLAs\nOversee system integrations between the LMS/LXP and adjacent platforms (HRIS, talent management, productivity tools, etc.)\nConduct regular user data analysis – completion rates, learner behavior, engagement trends and translate findings into actionable platform and program improvements\nLead technical optimization efforts including system configuration, context taxonomy, and user experience enhancements\nContent Development & Learning Strategy\nDevelop high-quality learning content spanning e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and curated digital resources\nCraft engaging learning strategies that leverage a range of modalities: instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, self-paced digital learning, cohort-based programs, and on-the job experiences\nApply evidence-based instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, etc.) to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and measurable\nChampion accessibility and inclusive design standards across all learning materials\nBusiness Partnership & Needs Analysis\nPartner closely with divisional leaders and people managers to conduct capability gap analyses and performance diagnostics\nFacility discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to surface learning needs and define program objectives\nTranslate identified capability gaps into specialized, tailored learning solutions aligned with business priorities and workforce development tools\nAct as a trusted advisor on L&D best practices, consulting on the most effective approaches for each context\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across HR Partners/Managers, Talent Management, and organizational lead\nNote: This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or similar education\nMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a closely related field\nDemonstrated experience managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide learning programs\nHands-on administration experience with at least one LMS or LXP platform\nStrong project management skills with experience using PM tools (Microsoft Office, Monday.com, or similar)\nProficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and virtual facilitation platforms (Microsoft Teams)\nExperience designing enterprise-wide upskilling/reskilling programs\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree preferred\nCertification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or instructional design/talent development (e.g., ATD CPTD, CPLP)\nExperience designing leadership development programs\nFamiliarity with learning analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, xAPI/LRS reporting)\nBackground in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)\nDisclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.\nCompany Overview:\nAt JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
