The opportunities are endless.Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking to add experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our team. This role is responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties while achieving overseeing maintenance, quality control, and training.We are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified applicants!Responsibilities:Train new crew members on responsibilities while conducting their routeLead weekly safety training and propose topics when inconsistency is identified within crewsLead and manage crews in preparation and execution of daily tasksDemonstrate a high level of initiative to improve inefficiencies and qualityPerform and execute monthly inventory of all tools and supplies for trucks and trailersVerify all equipment needed is on the vehicle at the beginning of every shiftMaintain vehicles and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and organization on a weekly basisConduct daily route of client properties on scheduleConduct initial and post completion property walksKnowledge of basic chemical applicationMaintain communication between crew and leadershipSeasonal snow duties as assigned Experience:3+yrs of crew lead/foreman experience (preferred)5+yrs of field experience (preferred)valid driver's licenseBilingual English/Spanish (preferred)strong horticulture, pest, and disease knowledgeprevious experience operating truck and trailer, box trucks, maintenance equipment, and snowplows The Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
