Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva - Business AdministratorReports To: Director of Finance & OperationsClassification: Full-TimePosition OverviewThe Business Administrator plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the school, with a primary focus on tuition management, payment processing, and administrative support. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, this individual is responsible for managing tuition agreements, monitoring payment plans, processing deposits, tracking donations and grants, and assisting with payroll and general business office functions when needed.This role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.Tuition & FACTS ManagementSet up annual tuition and fee agreements for all families in FACTSProcess financial aid awards in FACTS and apply them to tuition agreementsMonitor and manage FACTS payment plans throughout the yearFollow up on failed or missed FACTS paymentsBill and track incidental expenses (e.g., sports, after-school programs)Cash Management & DepositsDeposit physical checks (remote deposit when possible)Deposit cash and other checks at bankRecord and track donations in donation tracking systemFinancial Support & AdministrationTrack and manage applicable grants to identify cost savingsProvide ongoing support to the Director of Finance & OperationsAssist with payroll processing in the absence of Business Office Staff member responsible for HRManage transportation expenses (one school bus)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field required3-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience ideally in a nonprofit or independent school setting preferredStrong sense of discretion and professionalismExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with FACTS Tuition Management strongly preferredPayroll processing experience is a plusAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Admissions)Salary & Benefits· Salary range: $40,000–$55,000 based on qualifications and experience.· RPRY offers a competitive benefits package that includes PTO, QTR, and other employee benefits
