The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and passionate about precision machining.\nResponsibilities\nSet up and operate various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses to produce parts according to specifications.\nInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.\nProgram and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAM programming, CNC programming languages, Fanuc controls, and other industrial automation tools.\nConduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other precision measuring instruments; interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications for quality assurance.\nPerform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.\nOperate forklifts and handle materials safely within the production area; manage materials handling and packaging of finished products.\nFollow safety standards in production environments, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.\nSkills\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining processes including CNC programming, CAM programming, and operation of CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.\nExperience with Fanuc controls and interpreting mechanical blueprints for fabrication or assembly tasks.\nProficiency in operating various shop tools such as calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and tooling equipment.\nAbility to read technical drawings accurately and interpret manufacturing specifications.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.\nFamiliarity with factory safety standards, quality control procedures, and dimensional measurement techniques like GD&T.\nHands-on experience with fabrication processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts.\nBasic math skills for shop calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and production documentation.\nJoin our team today if you’re eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills make a real impact!
