Sales & Customer Service Representative United Linen Services Territory: South Georgia United Linen Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to support and grow customer accounts throughout South Georgia and North Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, improving service, and developing new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, help customers manage their linen and laundry programs more efficiently, identify cost-saving opportunities, and follow up on new sales leads within the territory. What You’ll Do Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Serve as the primary liaison for service-related needs, questions, and account support Conduct routine customer site visits and build relationships across multiple departments Help customers improve linen utilization, reduce loss, and implement cost-saving programs Monitor account activity, usage trends, and service opportunities Work closely with operations, service, and leadership teams to ensure strong service and responsiveness Follow up on prospective customers and new leads Initiate outreach to prospects and support new business development efforts Participate in customer review meetings, reporting, and ongoing account strategy What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or territory management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a territory independently Comfortable working with both existing customers and new prospects Problem-solver with a strong customer service mindset Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory Preferred Experience Experience in linen, laundry, healthcare, hospitality, uniform rental, or route-based service industries Experience working with healthcare, hospital, or outpatient facility accounts Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other clinical healthcare experience is highly preferred Background in both customer retention and new business development Why Join United Linen Services?
