Our headquarters is located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Sales “Partnership Development” Representative for a full-time position. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, meeting with potential clients, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. This role also entails negotiating contracts, reporting results, and collaborating with the internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital resource to clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves clients by partnering on products, assortments and or meeting their daily needs.Establishes new client accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to leverage our internal CRM database, potential sales outlet, leveraging AI and other virtual trade factors.Adjusts content of partnership presentations by studying the type of sales outlet and or trade factor.Focuses partnering efforts by studying, engaging, and developing potential clients.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and or monthly and annual analyses.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery, and or merchandising techniques.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Reports client issues and concerns to the proper internal resource and ensures resolution.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Provides historical records by maintaining records on engagement, opportunities, and client responses.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Spends time traveling to client locations. Travel could be up to 50%.Ultimately expected to develop exceptional relationships with future clients and always looks for opportunities to expand business with clients of strategic importance.
