Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Advanced Autism Services (AAS) is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).We are seeking therapists to serve clients across the East and West Valley in home and school settings, as well as at our clinic locations in Mesa and North Phoenix.Whether you're an experienced RBT, a Behavior Technician pursuing certification, or someone new to the field, we offer the support and flexibility you need to grow and succeed.Position Details:Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or clinic settingsImplement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervisionCollect behavior data and complete session documentation accurately and timelyCollaborate with clinical supervisors and communicate progress effectivelyBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and familiesAdhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentialityWork Hours:In-home/school: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (flexible schedule based on availability)Clinics (Mesa & North Phoenix): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMQualifications:Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalentActive RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification programAbility to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certificationExperience with children and/or individuals with autism preferredReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass a background checkMinimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increasesNo RBT Cert? No problem!Our training program provides all staff with the full RBT certification within 90 daysThe training steps include:1. 40-hour online ABA course (Must be completed prior to starting)2. Initial Competency Assessment3. Take and pass RBT exam
