This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn program operations in a fast-paced environment.\r\nYou will perform the following:\r\nMaintain and update various databases, logs, and internal websites.\r\nEnsure data accuracy and support routine reporting needs.\r\nTrack, monitor, audit, and reconcile accounts.\r\nResearch new procedures, tools, and process improvements that enhance departmental operations.\r\nAssist in documenting updated workflows and best practices.\r\nProvide customer service and guidance to lower-level assistants.\r\nPrepare responses, correspondence, and information for internal and external stakeholders.\r\nSupport team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed.\r\nWork will be performed during normal business hours - 7:00 AM through 3:30 PM. Note: Employees may be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00.\r\nYou might be the professional we're looking for if you have:\r\nAuthorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.\r\nEntry-level to early-career experience (typically 03 years) in program support, finance, data entry, reconciliation, or administrative operations.\r\nHigh school diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate's degree in business, or a related field.\r\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\r\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\r\nAbility to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.\r\nFamiliarity with database systems or web-based tracking tools.\r\nWe are extra impressed by folks with:\r\nExperience managing projects of comparable size, type, and scopeparticularly for office or light manufacturing facilities.\r\nWe offer outstanding benefits including health, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
