Sales Executive, Urology & GynecologyLocation: (Must reside in the Virginia North area)Base Salary: $104,000 + Commission, Bonus & Expense Reimbursement + full benefits.Hired candidate should live in or around - Alexandria, Fredericksburg, Winchester, Harrisonburg, Arlington, Fairfax.KARL STORZ is seeking a high‐performing Sales Executive to drive adoption and utilization of our advanced endoscopic technologies and minimally invasive surgical solutions across the Urology and Gynecology specialties. This is a field‐based role focused on strategic territory management, clinical partnership, and consultative sales execution within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and outpatient clinics. 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (medical device sales strongly preferred)Working knowledge of surgical workflows and integration of capital and disposable productsAbility to translate clinical challenges into customized technology solutionsExperience working with hospital systems, ASCs, and outpatient clinicsStrong skills in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline managementExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skillsMust reside in the Austin, TX area and hold a valid driver's licenseOccasional travel for corporate meetings and training events (up to 10%)Commission and performance bonus opportunitiesExpense reimbursementComprehensive benefits package , we are committed to advancing medical technology through precision engineering, innovation, and unparalleled customer support.From improving diagnosis to enhancing surgical outcomes, we set new standards in care.
