In this role, you will be working to create new reports and improve current reports, and working to ensure that we have safe, correct data to make decisions.\r\nWork with a variety of products and clients, building their future data environment, and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPartner with Product Owners and Data Teams.\r\nControl and monitor Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau.\r\nCreate new reports and collaborate with product owners and developers to maintain high-quality event tracking by aligning on event naming and mapping standards for new features and A/B tests.\r\nIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.\r\nUse SQL to get and analyse data for reports and team requests.\r\nCollaborate closely with the data team to ensure consistency in reporting and data quality across the organisation.\r\nQualifications\r\nDegree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.\r\nAt least 1 year of work experience as a Data Analyst.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.\r\nExcellent verbal communication.\r\nAbility to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organisation's goals.\r\nExperience in Product Analytics.\r\nExperience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar.\r\nBasic SQL.\r\nExperience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.\r\nNice to have\r\nStrong spoken and written English.\r\nExperience in Marketing Analytics.\r\nExperience with Python, R.\r\nExperience with GCP, BigQuery.\r\nExperience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.\r\nExperience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.\r\nExperience with git and code review process.\r\nLocation\r\nRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
