All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.\nWhat Will You Do?\nIn order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:\nMaintaining inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory with onboard computer terminal\nOperating a stand-on forklift to move all parts, finished goods, and deliveries\nLoading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or with lifting device\nRecording part numbers, quantities, locations, and/or serial numbers of finished inventory being moved with onboard computer terminal\nPerforming visual check on all parts to ensure quality standards are met\nOperating electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assembly\nUsing pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areas\nMaintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiatives\nPerforming daily inspections of equipment within area of responsibility to ensure all equipment is in safe working order\nStriving to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards\nContinually seeking to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of product\nAbility to learn a variety of different product lines\nIdentify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved\nWillingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor\nWhat Do You Need?\nTo be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nAbility to follow standard work and procedures\nGood communication skills (verbal and written)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required\nAbility to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally\nBENEFITS: Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following their hire date.\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401k\n10 paid holidays\nVacation and Sick Leave\nand more!\nThe Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
