This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, while partnering closely with ownership and department leaders to support strategic decision-making.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, commissions, and cash management\r\nPrepare and deliver monthly financial statements, KPI reports, and variance analysis to ownership and lenders\r\nManage cash forecasting, revolver borrowing, and lender reporting requirements\r\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and expense control in partnership with Sales and Operations\r\nOversee year-end financial review with external CPA firm and support lender field exams\r\nManage tax compliance, filings, payments, and coordination with CPAs\r\nMaintain strong internal controls to protect assets, ensure accuracy, and prevent fraud\r\nOversee payroll processing, HR coordination, benefits administration, and commission plans\r\nSupport department leaders with financial insights, reporting, and operational understanding\r\nPlay a key role in future ERP system implementation and systems improvement initiatives\r\nQualifications\r\n5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance leadership\r\nMBA in Accounting or Finance and/or CPA preferred\r\nExperience in product, manufacturing, rental, or distribution environments\r\nProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\r\nAbility to work closely with ownership and be deeply involved in day-to-day operations\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nDisability, life, and ancillary insurance options\r\nAnnual bonus plan based on EBITDA\r\nAbout Theater Outsource\r\nTheaterOutsource.com is the entertainment industry's dedicated recruiting partner, connecting top-tier talent with the companies that bring stages, venues, and experiences to life.
