Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Chinese/English)

After nearly ten years of development, the company has also developed into a full-service real estate enterprise integrating real estate investment consulting, architectural design, landscape design, and interior design, trusted by hundreds of real estate development companies.
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be a dynamic member of the office, working closely with potential/current clients. Here are a few responsibilities you would expect:
Job Description:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
