In this role, you will work across production operations, internal IT, security compliance, and automation, supporting both production infrastructure and the day-to-day technology needs of our office. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to maintain reliable systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve and automate our IT and operational processes.\n\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in the production on-call rotation and troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and service-related incidents.\nAdminister, maintain, and support Windows and Linux environments, virtualization platforms, networking, and datacenter infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, routing, VLANs, and DNS.\nOwn day-to-day internal IT operations for the Denver office, including employee devices, workstations, office networking, conference-room equipment, software, and other workplace technology.\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including system access, device setup, equipment assignment, and technical support.\nOwn and administer the company's corporate technology stack, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, JumpCloud, HiBob, and other business-critical platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and effective day-to-day operations.\nSupport internal IT and SOC 2 compliance processes, including access reviews, endpoint compliance, asset tracking, and audit documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate repetitive processes using scripts, APIs, workflow automation tools, and AI.\nCollaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to troubleshoot issues and support technical initiatives.\nMaintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of internal IT and production operations.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in systems administration, production operations, or a similar technical role.\nHands-on experience administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux environments.\nStrong practical knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting production or business-critical environments, including datacenter or cloud infrastructure.\nExperience supporting office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and employee technology.\nExperience with scripting, APIs, workflow automation, or similar tools.\nHands-on experience administering both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.\nStrong proficiency with AI tools and the ability to effectively apply AI to technical work, troubleshooting, and automation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage competing priorities.\nHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support when needed.\nExperience with JumpCloud, VMware or similar virtualization platforms - advantage.\nExperience with SOC 2 or similar security and compliance frameworks - advantage.\n\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive compensation package including:\nMedical, Dental, Vision benefits\n401K\nFlexible PTO\n12 Paid Holidays\nHybrid work (3 days in office) with modern downtown Denver location\nFree Parking\nOnsite Gym\nCompensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000 Annually + 10% annual discretionary performance bonus.\nPlease note that CloudShare considers various factors in determining pay, including, but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, licensures, certifications, experience, and other skills relevant to the needs of the business.\nComprehensive and market-competitive benefits.\nComplimentary onsite parking in downtown Denver\nCollaborative team atmosphere that values the contributions of all employees\nCloudShare is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
