Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate Location: Gnadenhutten, OH Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $20 per hour (with shift differential) Shift Times: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and meet our quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Feed product into machines and ensure proper operation. Stack and sort products according to order specifications. Read and interpret orders to ensure accurate processing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform other department-specific tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Flexibility to work either 1st or 3rd shift as required. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $20 with shift differential.
