Define scalable architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical delivery. Work directly with client stakeholders and development teams.Required Skills Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect. Deep expertise in Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement. Experience with DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, segmentation, and calculated insights. Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions. Data Cloud–Marketing Cloud integrations, APIs, and data synchronization. Strong SQL and customer data modeling skills. Excellent communication and client-facing experience.Preferred Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications. Marketing Cloud Next experience. MuleSoft or other integration platform experience.
