Collaborates with external auditors to provide information needed for the annual audits\n· Maintains knowledge of organizational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.\nAssist CFO in training accounting staff in all functions of accounting.\nAssist in managing and directing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team.\nWith CFO direction, demonstrate keen analytical ability in review of critical financial metrics.\nSupport the entire financial team in assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.\nAnalyzing complex financial data.\nAbility to construct complex financial models that help in evaluation of the financial performance of the business.\nAssist CFO in managing collections for key accounts.\nAssist CFO in managing internal controls.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n· Excellent and highly accurate math and accounting skills\n· Strong supervisory and leadership skills\n· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\n· Strong analytical skills\n.
