We are seeking a strategic, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager with a proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for an outside sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, creating opportunities through active field engagement, and consistently exceeding goals through persistence and discipline.The successful candidate will be a true business hunter—proactive, resourceful, and driven to uncover new opportunities—while maintaining a strong commitment to process excellence and CRM accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory sales plan to generate new business across key industries, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and food productionIdentify, pursue, and close new client partnerships aligned with company objectivesMaintain and expand existing client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional serviceAccurately document all sales activity, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and transparencyCollaborate closely with internal operations and leadership to support seamless client onboarding and ongoing account managementConsistently meet or exceed established sales metrics and revenue targetsRepresent First Step Staffing’s mission and values with professionalism, integrity, and excellenceQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within staffing, logistics, or service-oriented industriesDemonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve measurable sales growthStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsHigh level of self-discipline and organization, including consistent CRM management and follow-upProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or a comparable CRM platform)A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and drive resultsWhy Join First Step StaffingAt First Step Staffing, every partnership you build creates a pathway to employment for someone in need.
