At American Place Casino, every moment is crafted to delight, every opportunity is a pathway to success.Who WE are looking for:The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage operations throughout American Place Casino, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role leads beverage team members, manages inventory and cost controls, and drives revenue through innovative beverage programming and high service standards.What is expected of YOU:Leadership & Team ManagementTrain, coach, and develop beverage team members, including bartenders, barbacks, and supervisorsFoster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company valuesCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiencyConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback Operations ManagementOversee daily beverage operations across all outlets, including bars, lounges, and gaming floor serviceEnsure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience excellenceMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsCollaborate with other departments to support overall casino operationsFinancial & Inventory ControlManage beverage budgets, including labor and cost of goods sold (COGS)Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationshipsImplement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and lossAnalyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitabilityGuest ExperienceEnsure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized serviceAddress and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional mannerDevelop beverage menus, promotions, and special events to enhance guest engagementCompliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol laws and gaming regulationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage areasEnforce responsible alcohol service and team member safety protocolsExperience YOU will need:College degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-unit food and beverage operations or casino/hotel operationsMust have a thorough knowledge of standards for all aspects of F&B service, storeroom procedures, and cooking methodsMust be highly organized and detail-orientedMust be familiar with all equipment used in F&B outletsMust be computer literateMay be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise, and to commercial kitchen environmental factorsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
