You will be working across stadiums, aviation facilities, and data centers ,building types that each bring their own mechanical challenges and push you beyond routine HVAC work.This is an on-site role with a collaborative team and a benefits package that goes well beyond the standard. If you have seven or more years of HVAC and mechanical systems design experience and want to work on projects with genuine variety and scale, this is worth a conversation.What you'll be doingDesign low and medium voltage electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of large-scale commercial and critical facility projectsDevelop power distribution systems, one-line diagrams, load calculations, and equipment specificationsSelect and specify MV switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, ATS, and standby generator systems Produce construction documents and coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines throughout design and deliveryReview submittals, RFIs, and change orders during constructionConduct site visits and provide construction administration supportMentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the teamWork directly with clients and project stakeholders to deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutionsWhat we need from you7 or more years of mechanical engineering design experience in constructionDegree in Mechanical EngineeringStrong HVAC background across large-scale or complex building typesExperience with chilled water systems, air handling, and building-level mechanical infrastructurePE license preferred; strong EIT candidates consideredProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and BluebeamComfortable working on-site in Irving or Dallas fulltimeCompensation and benefitsUp to $150,000 per year DOEGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, andvision401(k)Paid time off and holidaysPerformance bonus eligibilityFor more information please contact: matthew.holden@clear-er.com
