In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 12 years of related experience is required.\nHigher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.\nKnowledge and experience in Aviation industry\nConsiderable knowledge of Quality System requirements and contract quality requirements.\nExtensive experience in manufacturing and inspection.\nAdvanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, parts lists, specifications, instructions, and test procedures.\nAdvanced knowledge of ISO9001, AS9001 standards.\nCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt.\nStrong leadership and strategic planning skills.\nKnowledge and experience in Aviation industry\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in the aerospace and defense industry.\nAdvanced degree in Engineering or related field.\nEssential Functions:\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.\nRequirement to be on feet for a significant portion of the work shift.\nMajority of work hours spent on a computer.\nHand/finger dexterity for using testing and inspection tools.\nAbility to work in an office or hybrid environment.\nOccasional travel may be required for audits and supplier visits.\nThis posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.\nSNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.\nSNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more .\nIMPORTANT NOTICE:\nThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
