Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.\r\nCollaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.\r\nDevelop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.\r\nCreate detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.\r\nServe as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.\r\nAnalyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.\r\nChampion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\r\nProven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.\r\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.\r\nPMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus.\r\nProficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.\r\nXometry is an equal opportunity employer.
