You will help build test plans and recommend an approach to accomplish functional, system and regression testing of capabilities that are ongoing as well as newly founded and developed capabilities. You will also help provide feedback during requirements capture to ensure the solution is defined in a way that can be successfully tested.\nYou’ll bring your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automated, and user acceptance testing to support validation of Business Intelligence Visualizations based in Microsoft Power BI. Applying automation techniques where possible, you’ll validate bug reports, provide details on discovered defects, help enforce quality assurance (QA) standards, document test results, and communicate defects to the development team and help track them to resolution. You will perform testing of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to ensure functionality. You will design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts for Power BI solutions. You will validate data transformations, calculations, and visualizations within Power BI utilizing SQL queries and Python scripts as needed. You will also develop and maintain test documentation, testing plans, cases, and reports.
