You’ll find that we’re also pushing boundaries across the country at our additional facilities in Troy, MI; Houston, TX; Merrimack, NH; Burnsville, MN; and Murfreesboro, TN.\nTrystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of an Electrical Assembler - Rectifiers, for our Troy, MI facility, who will meet/exceed customer expectations & achieve strategic and production plans while following our values & guiding principles.\nUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler - Rectifiers, will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to assemble sub-assembly components of our rectifiers. This consists of wiring panels and output panels. This includes cleaning components, lugging wires, measuring, cutting, and using a punch press machine.\nMust understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation.\nMaintain and operate hand tools and power tools.\nComplete the final wiring of cabinets by installing the panels, routing the wires, harnessing wires, and stripping/lugging wires as needed.\nElectrical wiring within enclosures.\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of metal materials, and safely utilize mechanical lifts.\nMust be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives.\n\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious experience in panel wiring preferred.\nPrevious experience with cable preferred.\nBasic understanding of blueprints, electrical assembly, and electrical schematics.\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.\n\nBenefits:\n401 (k) with company match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPTO\nSick Time\nEmployee Appreciation Time\nPaid Holidays\n\nTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
