Reports to designated supervisor.\n\nExamples of Duties:\n\nDevelop and market designated academic program or student service function.\n\nOversee university designated program budget.\n\nDevelop and/or revise program policies and procedures.\n\nIdentify and secure program funding opportunities.\n\nEstablish objectives and develop strategies for achieving objectives.\n\nEvaluate and implement changes to programs.\n\nServe as liaison to various constituent groups relative to program activities.\n\nServe on various University committees.\n\nTeach up to three 3-hour courses (or equivalent) per academic year if responsible for an academic program.\n\nMay provide leadership of a small department, unit, or major function and/or provide direct supervision over administrative/professional employees.\n\nPerform related duties as assigned.\n\nAdditional Examples of Duties – if applicable:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant experience; eligible individuals must meet the required criteria for adjunct/part-time faculty status\n\nLicense/Certification:\nKnowledge Of:\n\nPersonal computer applications\n\nBudgeting\n\nStrategic planning\n\nSkill In:\nWritten and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility To:\nProvide leadership and direction\n\nPreferred Qualifications – if applicable:\nAssessments:\nAsterisk (*) indicates knowledge, skills, abilities which may require assessments.
