Cimarron is actively recruiting experienced professionals from NASA and NASA contractor backgrounds who are ready to bring their expertise to the rapidly growing commercial space industry!\nAvailable Locations:\nAustin, TX\nSan Antonio, TX\nSouthern California\nEurope\nCimarron is offering a $1,000 referral bonus for all full-time hires!\nKey Duties:\nPlan, execute, and monitor flight operations in support of commercial space missions.\nDevelop, maintain, and deliver flight operations training curricula and simulation exercises.\nServe as a subject matter expert in spacecraft systems, mission procedures, and flight rules.\nConduct crew and operator training for nominal and off-nominal mission scenarios.\nCoordinate with engineering, mission planning, and safety teams to support readiness reviews and mission milestones.\nAuthor and review flight procedures, flight rules, and training documentation.\nSupport anomaly investigation, lessons-learned capture, and continuous improvement of flight operations processes.\nProvide real-time mission support as required, including console operations and team lead functions.\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nDue to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.\nThis position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.
