We work for our clients, and we work for one another.\n\nHere’s a glimpse into your day to day:\nOversight, coordination and execution of capital and maintenance projects from inception to turnover to user groups, including project scoping, preliminary and detailed design and review, CAPEX document development and approval, construction/installation, commissioning, startup and qualification.\nDesign oversight and compliance with industry practices and guidelines.\nManagement and successful execution of multiple projects using client procedures and industry best practices to the agreed upon scope, schedule, budget and technical quality.\nCoordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. Responsible for having an awareness of and ability to recognize technical problems.\nOversight of design packages and specifications, RFPs, design review, vendor/contractor selection, constructability reviews, approval of submittals, and preparation and oversight of validation and regulatory submissions.\nCoordinate reviews and checking of engineering deliverables.\nCoordinate the efforts of engineering support groups and external resources such as vendors, consultants and contractors.\nConduct project meetings and effective communications with user group and project stake holders.\nPrepare detailed project cost estimates and schedules.\nOversight of engineering calculations and analysis related to process design and equipment selections.\nDefine project scope and develop preliminary engineering drawings such as layouts, P&IDs, and PFDs.\n\nYou’ll be a perfect fit if you have:\nMinimum 4 years of Project Engineering/Project Management Experience Required.\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering Preferred\nBackground in oil/refining, petro-chem, chemicals, etc. highly preferred\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\nPay: $120,000-140,000 annually (depending on experience)\nEligible for overtime pay\nAnnual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)\nPTO and Paid Holidays\nHealth Benefits: Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
