This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, yet lifestyle-friendly role supporting the family office of a long-standing, privately held real estate developer in the Twin Cities. You’ll work directly under an experienced VP of Tax/Family Office and play a key role managing the day-to-day accounting for the owner, trusts, and related entities—owning everything from GL and bank activity to financial reporting and investment tracking. It’s a position that offers a rare combination of stability, autonomy, and trust, ideal for someone who values consistency and discretion over constant change. The environment is professional yet down-to-earth, with clear expectations, strong backup support, and true work-life balance — 40-hour weeks, minimal after-hours demands, and the ability to fully unplug when you’re off. While the role itself is steady in the near term, there is long-term upside as the family office evolves, making this a great fit for someone patient, emotionally intelligent, and looking for a well-compensated role where they can do meaningful work.Want to learn more?
