Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Alpharetta, Georgia, United StatesType: Full TimeOur client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Technology FinanceThis role is ideal for a finance professional who will support financial planning and analysis activities, with a strong focus on managing P&L, operating expenses, and capital investments. You will play a key role in driving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while partnering closely with technology and finance teams.Work LocationHybrid model: 1–2 days per week in the Irving, TX officeKey ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee Opex and Capex planning, tracking, and performance analysisSupport financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for IT cost managementContribute to month-end close activities by collaborating with finance teams and business partnersAdminister and support core FP&A systems and tools, including BPC and reporting platformsDevelop insightful reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI and PowerPointAnalyze financial results, identify key drivers, and explain variances across budgets and forecastsProvide consolidated financial reporting for Technology functions, including performance insightsPartner with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and support delivery of technology initiativesLead allocation processes (monthly, quarterly, annually) and collaborate with accounting teamsStandardize reporting templates and processes across finance teams for consistency and efficiencyDrive automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of financial processes and systemsGather and define requirements for finance tools and partner with IT to implement enhancementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related finance rolesStrong foundation in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysisExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple prioritiesPreferred ExperienceBackground in Technology FinanceExperience with financial consolidations and enterprise reportingExposure to process improvement and change management initiativesTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with Power BI or TableauFamiliarity with SAP BPC and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong financial modeling capabilities and ability to handle large datasets efficientlyCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication skills to translate financial insights into actionable recommendationsAbility to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levelsHighly organized with strong time management and prioritization skillsResults-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
