Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of graders, contributing to the successful completion of projects within stipulated timelines and quality standards.\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\nOperate graders and other heavy equipment efficiently for the purpose of optimum grading and leveling of terrain as required by project specifications.\nConduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of the machine, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.\nRead and interpret technical drawings, grade plans, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and ground personnel to align on project requirements and resolve any operational challenges.\nAdhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.\nMaintain clear and concise records of work performed and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.\nContinuously assess the working environment to identify and minimize potential hazards.\nCut/string subgrade\nBox out parking lots\nKnowledge of ADA for handicap stalls/crossings for roadways\n**Qualifications:**\n\nProven experience as a Grader Operator or similar role.\nValid certification/license to operate heavy machinery (as per local/regional requirements).\nStrong understanding of terrain types and grading processes.\nAbility to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.\nProficient in the use of GPS-based grading systems is preferred.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.\n**Physical Requirements:**\n\nAbility to sit for extended periods while operating machinery.\nCapable of lifting and performing tasks involving physical activity in varying weather conditions.\n**Why Join Us?**\n\nCompetitive compensation package.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nSupportive and inclusive workplace culture.\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.\nCentral Site Development is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
