Aircraft Harness Design Engineer (Savannah)

This position involves working on complex engineering projects that require advanced technical expertise and innovative problem-solving. You will be responsible for leading high-impact engineering efforts, making authoritative technical decisions, and developing new concepts, methods, and standards within the program. Key Responsibilities: Lead major engineering projects within defined scope Provide technical direction and make critical engineering decisions Apply advanced engineering principles and specialized knowledge Develop innovative solutions and improved methodologies Work independently under consultative direction Establish standards and best practices for engineering activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience 13+ years of experience in a specific technical discipline, or 15+ years of broad engineering experience Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) preferred Strong expertise in CATIA V5 and aircraft harness/bracket design
