If you're ready to bring your expertise to a fast-moving, client-focused team, we want to hear from you.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSProficient in DSC alarm systems (panels, keypads, programming)Proficient in Honeywell / Resideo alarm systemsExperience with central station integration and monitoring platform configurationAbility to read and interpret low-voltage wiring diagrams and blueprintsStrong troubleshooting and commissioning skillsWorking knowledge of ELK Products alarm systems is a plusRESPONSIBILITIESProgram and configure DSC and Honeywell alarm control panels, keypads, and all associated peripheralsOversee full system setup from commissioning through final testing and sign-offConfigure and activate Alarm.com interactive services and remote accessCoordinate with central monitoring station for account setup, testing, and verificationLow-voltage wire pulling may be required at times; primary wire runs handled by dedicated crewDocument wire run paths, verify as-built conditions, and maintain complete and accurate job recordsConduct system walkthroughs and end-user training upon job completionMaintain compliance with NYS licensing requirements and applicable codesCommunicate professionally with customers and project leads on-siteREQUIREMENTSDemonstrated hands-on experience in the alarm installation trade at a professional levelMust have own set of standard hand and low-voltage tools — specialty tools provided when requiredValid NYS driver's license with a clean driving recordMust pass a background check; proof of active NYS alarm licensing and Alarm.com certification required prior to hirePrimarily Monday–Friday 8am–4pm; occasional on-call availability may be requiredSCHEDULE & DETAILSSCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pmEMPLOYMENT: Full-Time, W2TERRITORY: Long Island, NYC / 5 Boroughs, Rockland County
