At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the HR Operations Manager, the Student Worker for HR People Operations will mainly support Versiti's HR4You Service Center by providing administrative support, answering employee inquiries, processing HR transactions and invoicing, and maintaining the accuracy of information stored in Versiti HR Systems. The Student Worker will work on special HR projects as assigned, areas may include occupational health, assisting HR Business Partners, talent development, employee engagement, continuous improvement, service recognition, and change management. This position requires a high degree of discretion, good judgment, positive attitude and confidentiality in job assignments and communications with others due to the sensitivity of the files and processes involved.Total Rewards PackageCompensation The target salary is based on internal averages.
